Every session is adapted to your current ability, and our coaches focus on helping you build confidence, strength, and consistency safely over time.

    If you’re new to training or returning after a break, you’ll be fully supported from day one.

  • Small Group Personal Training offers personalised coaching in a small group of up to five people. You follow your own structured programme, with close coach attention and individual progression.

    Our group classes are slightly larger (up to 12 people) and follow a set workout format led by a coach. Both options are structured and coached, the difference is how personalised the training is.

    If you’re looking for personal training results at a lower cost than 1-to-1 PT, Small Group PT is a popular choice in Fulham.

  • Getting started is simple. Book a short call or visit the gym for an informal chat. We’ll talk through your goals, training history, and schedule, then recommend the best starting point, whether that’s a Roadmap session, a class trial, or a membership option.

    There’s no pressure to commit, just guidance to help you choose what suits you best.

  • Yes. All sessions - including Small Group PT, classes, recovery facilities, and treatments - are booked through our app. This keeps everything organised and ensures you always have a space reserved.

    Drop-ins can sometimes be accommodated for members, but availability isn’t guaranteed, so advance booking is recommended.

  • Yes. Open Gym access is included with membership. You can train independently using our equipment during set Open Gym hours when classes aren’t running.

    Typical Open Gym times are:

    • Weekdays: 10am–5pm

    • Saturdays: 8am–6pm

    This gives you flexibility to combine coached sessions with independent training.

  • Memberships vary depending on the plan you choose. Most include access to Small Group PT or classes, use of the sauna and Recovery Lounge, and Open Gym access during set hours.

    During your intro call or visit, we’ll help you choose the membership that best fits your goals, lifestyle, and training preferences.

  • Yes. We offer sports massage, osteopathy, and lymphatic drainage treatments in Fulham. These services are available to both members and non-members and can be booked directly through the app.

    Many members combine training and recovery in one place to support performance and long-term wellbeing.
