Classes are available weekday mornings, midday and evenings, plus Saturday mornings. Your pack includes access to our Strength & Conditioning programme, including Ignite Full Body, Lower Body and Upper Body sessions, Fuse and Pulse classes. Classes are coached, structured and capped, so you’ll never be left to figure it out alone.

During your first month, our coaches will check in with you to understand your goals and recommend the best way to keep progressing after your taster pack.

Fuse

Fuse is our feel-good, full-body class that blends strength and cardio in a balanced way. You’ll build fitness, tone and confidence through purposeful movement, with options for every level, plenty of coaching, and an uplifting group energy that keeps you coming back.

Ignite

Ignite is our strength-focused class designed to help you feel stronger and more capable, week by week. We use structured resistance training and steady progressions (not “all out” chaos), so you can improve body composition and build lasting strength in a supportive, encouraging environment.

PULSE 30’

30 minutes to get your heart pumping.

Pulse 30’ is a fast-paced, 30-minute circuit class designed to improve your aerobic fitness through High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). The session is structured across six stations, combining three cardio machines — such as the Row, Bike and SkiErg with three challenging bodyweight stations that keep you constantly moving and your heart rate high. With no loaded equipment involved, the focus is on intensity, endurance and efficient movement, making it a simple yet highly effective workout that delivers a powerful conditioning session in just half an hour.

  • Based at WiseFitt in Fulham, London SW6 2UL
    Near Fulham Broadway & Parsons Green station.

  • Not at all! All exercises are scaled and modified for every level, whether you are a beginner, returning to exercise after injury or a long break or are in need of additional support, you will be well looked after.


  • We have had people anywhere between 25 and 75 years in age. When we say we are for everyone, we mean it. If you haven’t found your comfort in spaces with busy classes or seasoned athletes, rest assured you will fit right in. Whether looking for a challenge or to go at your own pace, WiseFitt is a safe space.

  • No, the Intro Offer does not include Small Group Personal Training.

    Our Small Group Personal Training is a fully personalised programme, which includes body composition and mobility assessments, data tracking, ongoing reviews, and an allocated Lead Coach. SGPT sessions are capped at 5 people, and each client follows their own personalised programme.

    The Intro Offer is for our Strength & Conditioning 7 cardio classes, which are group training sessions capped at 12 people. It’s a great way to experience WiseFitt, our coaching style, and the atmosphere before deciding whether SGPT is the right next step for you.

  • We offer open gym around our class schedule. Open gym availability is fairly flexible and you have the benefit of the low numbers and top tier machinery. Whilst open gym isn’t included in the trial we would be happy to organise a free open gym session if you want to give it a go and explore your open gym options with us.

  • Yes - if you enjoy it, we’ll show you the options to continue training with us. These options include our open gym and functional training membership plans, SGPT program for maximum coaching and accountability or our bundles for maximum flexibility.


  • You can use classes for 1 month from the date of purchase. Should you wish to start the bundle at a later date, please contact us with the intended start date so that we can manually move the activation date to your preferred date.

  • You’ll receive an email from WiseFitt within 24 hours confirming your next steps.


    If you purchase on a Sunday or bank holiday, we’ll email you on the next working day.

  • Once you purchase your class bundle, you can book your classes through the WiseFitt App, available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

    The email address you use at checkout will be your login email. You’ll receive a password setup email from us (Mindbody) so that you can activate your account and start booking your classes with us.

    Should you run into any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us on the WhatsApp link.

  • Yes. Before joining your first class, you’ll need to complete our liability waiver.

    You can do this either:

    • Online before you arrive

    • In person at the studio before your first session

    When you arrive, please use the self check-in tablet at reception.

    After checking in, head to the main functional training room for your class.

  • Training clothes and water bottle is all you need. We provide towels, complimentary toiletries for the showers and have water dispensers if you need to hydrate before or after your session.
