Fuse is our feel-good, full-body class that blends strength and cardio in a balanced way. You’ll build fitness, tone and confidence through purposeful movement — with options for every level, plenty of coaching, and an uplifting group energy that keeps you coming back.

Ignite

Ignite is our strength focused class designed to help you feel stronger and more capable, week by week. We use structured resistance training and steady progressions (not “all out” chaos), so you can improve body composition and build lasting strength in a supportive, encouraging environment.

BoxFitt

50 minutes to get your heart pumping.

A session combining boxing drills with strength and conditioning exercises. Designed for beginners, BOXFITT helps improve fitness, coordination, confidence and overall strength in a fun, high-energy environment.

No boxing experience is needed, made for beginners. Coach Dean will guide you through every movement and help you train safely at your own level.
