Our Functional Training classes are designed to help you move better, build strength and stay consistent. Every session is coach-led with up to 12 people, 50 minutes long, and built around structured, progressive training. It’s not about fads or intensity for the sake of it, it’s about training with purpose.
IGNITE CLASSES
A high-energy, conditioning-based class built to raise your heart rate and improve full-body fitness. With a mix of cardio, power and functional movement, IGNITE is the smart way to train harder, without compromising form or recovery.
PULSE CLASSES
A low-impact, strength-focused class designed to improve control, mobility and resilience. Expect slower, more deliberate movements, guided by your coach to help you build a solid foundation - ideal for joint health, posture and long-term strength.
