You’ll be coached through every session with smart strength work, simple progressions and just the right push to help you feel fitter, stronger and more confident.
Our Classes
Our Functional Training classes are designed to help you move better, build strength and stay consistent. Every session is coach-led with up to 12 people, built around structured, progressive training. It’s not about fads or intensity for the sake of it, it’s about training with purpose.
FUSE CLASSES
A high-energy, strength, conditioning and cardio fusion class built to raise your heart rate and improve whole body fitness. With a mix of cardio, power and functional movement, Fuse is the smart way to train harder, without compromising form or recovery.
PULSE CLASSES
A 30 min cardio class designed to improve fitness, stamina and energy. Pulse combines coached intervals using moves such as the ski, spin, row and simple conditioning movements, structured to improve cardiovascular endurance, burn calories and leave you feeling fitter, stronger and more confident.
IGNITE CLASSES
A low impact, strength-focused class designed to improve control, mobility and resilience. Expect slower, more deliberate movements, guided by your coach to help you build a solid foundation, ideal for joint health, posture and long-term strength.
