With no more than 5 people per session, Small Group Personal Training gives you the same high standard of coaching and individualised attention as 1-to-1 Personal Training, but in a motivating group environment. You’ll still follow your own plan, with a coach guiding your progress closely, just with more community, and better value.

Andre
Head Coach
With over 20 years of coaching experience, André is a high-performance Personal Trainer specialising in strength training, functional conditioning, and injury prevention. He holds a degree in Physical Education and a postgraduate qualification in Functional Training for Personal Training.
A four-time national champion as an Olympic Weightlifting coach, André has prepared top tier athletes for the Regionals CrossFit Games Latin America and worked with professional First Division football players in Brazil. He developed his own training methodology in Brazil, which has been taught nationally and internationally, and has mentored over 200 fitness professionals.
Today, André helps men and women over 35 achieve sustainable lifestyle transformation through better movement, strength, conditioning, mobility, and mindset.
Raheim
Personal Trainer
Raheim is a Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people transform both their body and mindset. Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified and specialising in working with beginners, busy professionals, and anyone ready to change habits and achieve lasting results.
A results-driven coach, Raheim has guided clients both in-person and online, helping them achieve bodybuilding and muscle gain goals, fat loss, strength improvements, and endurance for marathons, triathlons, and martial arts. His coaching blends motivational support, technique-focused training, lifestyle guidance, and mindset development to deliver sustainable transformations.
Before coaching, Raheim competed in bodybuilding and jiu-jitsu competitions nationally and worked as an actor, experiences that demanded discipline and fitness while deepening his understanding of training, nutrition, and mindset. Today, his mission is to help clients build confidence and achieve the version of themselves they have not tapped into yet.
Valeria
Personal Trainer
Valeria is an Italian Personal Trainer specialising in transforming women’s bodies, confidence, and long-term health. With over 5 years of experience as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and currently progressing to Level 4, she combines deep technical knowledge with a caring, hands-on approach.
A results-driven coach, Valeria has helped clients achieve their goals safely and sustainably. Her expertise goes far beyond standard gym training — she is certified in Kettlebell Training, Animal Flow, and Lower Back Pain Relief, and qualified in Deep Tissue, Relaxation, and Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage massages. She blends strength training with manual therapies to improve posture, reduce pain, and enhance recovery.
Today, Valeria’s focus is supporting women through pregnancy, peri-menopause, and post-menopause and other life changes, creating a safe and welcoming space where clients can lift with confidence, feel understood, and build strength, energy, and resilience at every stage of life.
Sann
Personal Trainer
With a strong focus on muscle-building, strength training, and practical nutrition habits, Sann blends evidence-informed methods with real-world coaching. As a competitive powerlifter, he has competed in multiple amateur-level events, winning gold medals and developing a solid foundation in strength development, progressive overload, and performance-led programming.
Sann values education, connection, and community in training. He enjoys the social side of fitness and is committed to helping clients understand the “why” behind each session — building confidence, clarity, and sustainable progress inside and outside the gym.
