We focus on what you’re working towards, and how you get there. With testing, tracking and structured reviews built in as standard, you’ll always feel clear on your next steps and your progress. WiseFitt is intentionally uncrowded: membership is capped, and SGPT is limited to 5 people per session, so you’re supported, individually coached, and properly looked after.

Start with The WiseFitt 6 Week SGPT Program

  • To protect the quality of our coaching and give each member the attention they deserve, we welcome a maximum of 10 new SGPT members each month. The process begins with a consultation, either in person or by phone, to talk through your goals and see whether the programme is the right fit.

    If the programme is the right fit, you’ll be invited to reserve your place with a deposit. We’ll then either add you to our SGPT waitlist or arrange a Roadmap consultation with the most suitable coach for your goals and needs.

  • Sign up and pay required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 7 days before the start of your program.

  • After booking your roadmap consultation, you will receive an appointment confirmation for the agreed date and time which will take place on site.

    Prior to your visit you will receive an orientation email so you know what to expect and how to prepare for your consultation as well as a guide on all things included in your package.

  • With 3 days following your Roadmap Appointment, and prior the start of your SGPT program start date, you will receive your full Roadmap which will include your body composition report, mobility assessment, nutritional guidance and training program based on your unique fitness goals and needs.

  • Now all that’s left to do is book your classes and sessions and begin your 6-week journey with us.

    We’ll be here to support you throughout, so you can feel confident in your training, stay on track with your routine, and know you always have someone to turn to with any questions or concerns — all while building a stronger, more confident you.
