Join WiseFitt

Joining WiseFitt is the first step towards training in a way that feels supportive, structured, and genuinely enjoyable. We offer different membership options, whether you’re interested in our Group Classes or our Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) programme. Every WiseFitt membership includes unlimited use of the recovery room and sauna, open gym access during specific hours, and preferential rates on treatments, to support you alongside your training. How does it work?

1. Quick Intro Call or Gym Tour

We’ll start with a short call or in-person visit to walk you through how WiseFitt works. It’s also a chance to hear what you’re looking for, whether that’s getting stronger, moving better, or just feeling like yourself again.

2. Personalised Recommendation

Based on your goals and preferences, we’ll suggest the best next step for you. That might be a Roadmap session for Small Group or 1-2-1 Personal Training, a class trial or one of our introductory offers. We’ll also guide you through the membership options that best match your needs and routine.

3. Start Training - Your Way

Once you’re set up, you’ll begin your journey with us. Whether through Personal Training, Functional Training sessions, Open Gym, or a mix that fits your routine, we are here to support you. We change the program every 6 weeks to keep you moving in the right direction.

4. 1-2-1 Roadmap Session - *Premium* For our SGPT Memberships

If you’re ready to begin Personal Training, we’ll schedule your Roadmap - a private session to assess how you move, set clear goals, and design your personal training plan with a dedicated member of our coaching team focussed on exercise, nutrition and recovery.

5. Regular Progress Reviews - *Premium* For our SGPT Memberships

Our premium plans include a designated coach who looks after you, with regular check-ins and reports to track progress and keep you aligned with your goals.
